What is the best Spyware and Firewall for Windows XP? | Spyware ...

I am wondering what the best internet secuity suite there is, one that will have firewall, virus scan, spyware scan & spam guard that works good and will not slow the computer down so much? The one I am using makes my computer so slow that it?s ridiculous, when I take it off my computer I immediately have spykeylogger on it and viruses out the wazoo. Can someone recommend a product they are using that works well?
