There are two ways for you to perfrom iPhone 5 contacts recovery.
First, you can use a third-party iPhone Recovery tool to directly scan and recover pictures from your iPhone.
Second, if you've synced your iPhone with iTunes, you also can regain your deleted contacts by extracting your iTunes backup file.

Method 1: Directly recover deleted contacts from iPhone

Step 1: Download iPhone Data Recovery program and install it on your computer, and then connect your iPhone with your computer. Click ?Start? to recover iPhone lost data.
