On behalf of the Ashland Lions Club we would like to extend the club's sincere thanks to the members of the A.H.S. football team and their coach, Andrew MacKay, for their help in unloading and carrying our Christmas trees. These fine gentlemen carried close to 600 trees for our annual sale on Rte. 126. We appreciate it very much. The people of Ashland should be proud of these young men who were so respectful and helpful to our club members. Our thanks go to the members of the Leo Club for their help as well.
